Terms of Use

By using this site or sending a quote request, you agree to these terms.

What we are

Centereach Plumber Connect is a free referral service. We are not a plumbing contractor, we don't hold plumbing licenses, and we don't do plumbing work. When you send a request, we try to match it with one independent local plumber. We may be paid by the plumbers we refer.

The plumbers are independent

Plumbers we refer are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Any price, schedule, warranty or contract is between you and the plumber. We don't guarantee that a plumber will be available, and we make no promises about the quality, cost, timing or results of their work.

Check before you hire

Before any work starts, confirm the plumber's Suffolk County license and insurance, ask who pulls any required permits, and get a written price. You can search Suffolk County licenses here.

Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service. If you smell gas, leave the house and call National Grid or 911 from outside. For flooding, shut off your main water valve.

Information on this site

Our guides are general information, not professional advice. We try to keep them accurate and cite our sources, but rules and programs change, so confirm with the town, the County, or a licensed pro.

Your request

Please give accurate information and only submit requests for your own home or with the owner's permission. By sending a request, you agree that one local plumber may contact you by phone, text or email, using the details you give, about that request. See our Privacy Policy.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any work done, or not done, by a plumber you hire, or for losses that come from using this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
