Centereach Plumber Connect is a free referral service. We connect homeowners in Centereach and nearby Suffolk County, NY towns with independent local plumbers. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, your phone number or email, your town, the type of problem, how soon you need help, and any note you add. We also record the page you sent it from and the time.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your request only to answer it: we try to match it with one independent local plumber who serves your town, so they can contact you by phone, text or email about that job. We may also use it to follow up on whether you got help and to keep basic records of requests.

Who we share it with

Only the local plumber we refer your request to, and service providers that run the site for us (Cloudflare hosts the site and stores requests). We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with marketers or put you on mailing lists.

Storage

Requests are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, Cloudflare's storage service. We keep them only as long as we need them to handle your request and keep basic records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@centereachplumberconnect.com or write to Centereach Plumber Connect, PO Box 141, Centereach, NY 11720.

Children

This site is for adults arranging home plumbing work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
